Grapevine Consulting, Inc.'s mission statement has always been to service mortgage originations by educating  borrowers.  Diane Dailey is the broker and has been in business since 1987.  In 1994, Diane realized that she could provide her growing client base with better service.  At this time she became a licensed mortgage broker and Grapevine Consulting was established.  

All borrowers working with Diane are made aware of the type of loan they are applying for, as well as all finances surrounding the purchase of a home.  Grapevine Consulting has been built on this process and finds that all business is referred.
